Below we have outlined many of our customer satisfaction policies. We believe active communication is the cornerstone of any good relationship. It is our desire at Dungey’s Furniture & Floors to ensure you experience the best possible home furnishings buying experience.  We hope you will understand our need to operate within certain policies.


Because we offer delivery service to such a broad area, we must deliver in route. We are unable to give an exact “time of day” for delivery. However. we will give you an estimated delivery time the day before your scheduled delivery. If delivery to the designated room involves limited maneuverability because of narrow halls. doorways or stairwells, etc. We cannot be responsible for any damage that could result in attempting placement. If set-up in the designated area is not feasible, delivery will be made to an accessible area.

Delivery includes bringing it to your home, setting up your merchandise where you’d like it and disposing of your old furniture. Delivery personnel will not be able to hang items on walls.


  1. Free in-Home service to the original purchaser for one year from the date of delivery excluding all Clearance and AS IS MERCHANDISE. This service is for warranted defects and workmanship only. This free in home service is provided to customers living within our normal delivery area. Customers outside our normal delivery area, must return item(s) to our service department.
  2. Dungey’s Furniture & Floors  will continue to offer service in accordance with manufacturer’s warranties after the one-year has expired. However. after the one year free service has expired, transportation and labor charges /or repairs and/or installation of warranted parts will be charged.
  3. After one year there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 for an in-home service call.


The customer is responsible for securing all items to their vehicle.  Please report any manufacturer related issues to us right away.  Dungey’s is not responsible for any transportation related damages.


A minimum of half down of your purchase is required on all special orders.  Any balance remaining must be paid in full prior to pick-up or delivery (except when financing).

Custom orders can be canceled or changed with no additional charge before it has been acknowledged by the manufacturer. However, if it has already been acknowledged a 20% restock fee will apply.  Returns of special order merchandise in new condition must occur within 3 days of delivery and will incur a 20% restocking fee.


We quote the best estimate from information that is provided to us by our vendors . All special orders are subject to manufacturers’ availability. No discounts will be given if merchandise is delayed by the manufacturer.

Dungey’s Furniture & Floors Return Policy

You should love the furniture you live with. We’re here to support you in making the right decision for your home. However, if it’s not the right fit, we’ve kept our return policy as straight forward as we can, as a small, family-owned business.

In-Stock items may be returned within 3 days of delivery in new condition.

Mattresses, box springs and opened bed sheets & linens can not be returned. iComfort & Arctic mattresses are the only mattresses that have a 120 day return policy. 

Rugs & Accessories can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

All Clearance and As-Is Items can not be returned

The Fine Print:

  • All items must be in original condition
  • Must have original tags for items
  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card
  • Cash and Check purchases will be refunded by check or in store credit
  • Any refunds will be processed after the returned items are inspected
  • All returns must be accompanied by a receipt
  • The delivery fee is non-refundable and pick up or additional delivery fees will apply
